Bugathon

NetBSD had it's second hackathon(bugathon).

I didn't make it to the first one, and only got a chance to be around for the first day of this last one. I did, however, manage to close all the open PRs for port-cobalt. Now to find some time to test and open some more. I'm sure that had I not been spending Sunday driving 1 down the coast I would have made a dent in the port-shark PRs as well.
